1. About these terms
These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Prestige Technology Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN: 58 696 082 096) ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide IT services, cybersecurity consulting, managed IT support, and related technology services as described on our website. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of each engagement are as described on the relevant product or service page at the time of purchase, or as agreed in a separate statement of work.
3. Purchasing products online
Products purchased through our website are processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price (inclusive of GST where applicable). We will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to commence the engagement.
A valid tax invoice will be provided for all purchases. If your business is registered for GST, you may claim the GST component on your Business Activity Statement.
4. Refunds
If we have not commenced work on your engagement, we will issue a full refund upon request. Once work has commenced, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to delivering value and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. For engagements requiring access to your systems or data, we will execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement prior to commencement. All assessment data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and industry best practices, and is deleted upon completion of the engagement unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis. While we take all reasonable care in delivering our services, we do not guarantee that our recommendations will prevent all security incidents. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Intellectual property
All reports, documentation, and deliverables produced during an engagement are provided for your internal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish our deliverables without prior written consent. Our methodologies, tools, and frameworks remain our intellectual property.
8. Client responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to systems, accounts, and information as reasonably required
- Designate a point of contact for the engagement
- Review and respond to deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
